Private Personal Training

Chris offers private personal training sessions for those who prefer an individual approach. These sessions are 1 hour long and tailored to suit the personal needs of the client. For selected clients, Chris may be able to do shorter sessions. Sessions are held at the TAS Weights Room, and clients need to become a member of the Weights Room before working with Chris.

Chris has expertise in dealing with people with mobility challenges, older people and people with a disability. As a very experienced Personal Trainer Chris also excels at working with people who are simply wanting to increase their fitness, or work towards particular goals, including competition readiness.
