Class Descriptions
General Circuit – A weights based circuit class, great for improving your strength and endurance at the same time. Resistance training is proven to increase metabolism. Suitable for all people 12 years and over of any level of fitness.
Reduced Mobility Circuit – A circuit class designed with retirees in mind. No getting up and down from the floor and no really difficult activities. This class also includes leg strengthening and balance exercises to help prevent falls.
Low Intensity Aqua – An overall body workout. Ideal for seniors, beginners or those suffering injuries. More intense options are available.
Sunday Aqua – An overall body workout to help increase aerobic capacity and strength. Less intense options available for those with injuries.
